Mindful Freedom Psychological Services Corp was founded by Dr.Fernandez, Laura in 2022. The name was derived out of Dr.Fernandez's passion for helping others free themselves from toxic relationships, psychological abuse (particularly narcissistic abuse),  low self esteem, and people pleasing tendencies. 

Our team is composed of Spanish speaking providers that can provide services to both children and adults in their native language. 

Hours and Location   

Hours:

-Mondays ,Tuesdays and Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  In person or Virtual. Some virtual appointments available at 5 and 6 pm.

-Thursdays 8 am to 4 pm (VIRTUAL ONLY). ​ 

Some 5 pm virtual visits may be available. 

​

-Fridays 8 AM to 12 pm (VIRTUAL ONLY)

Some 5 pm and 6 pm virtual appointments available.
